Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on the top of each cookie, gently pressing down to flatten slightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
