Ingredients:

  • 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
  • 1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand is my favorite)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying this healthy treat.

  • Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
  • Total Time: 25-30 minutes
  • Servings: Makes about 12 cookies
