Ingredients:
- 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand is my favorite)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying this healthy treat.
