  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
