These sliders are a delightful twist on the traditional French Dip sandwich. With layers of succulent roast beef, melted Swiss cheese, and a savory au jus dipping sauce, they’re a surefire hit at any gathering.

1 package (12 count) slider buns

pound thinly sliced roast beef

12 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.

Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese on each.

Place the bun tops over the cheese.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the butter mixture over the sliders, ensuring an even coating.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Serve warm with a side of au jus for dipping.
