4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
Cooked pasta or rice, for serving
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


In a small bowl, mix together the salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
