Chicken Chow Mein

🥢 Ingredients:

8 oz chow mein noodles

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 cup julienned carrots

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

3 green onions, sliced

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry marinated chicken until cooked through. Remove from wok.

In the same wok, stir-fry mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers until vegetables are tender.

Add cooked noodles and chicken back to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
